Job Context
- Job Location: It is a plant based residential position.
Job Responsibilities
- Setting strategic plan in coordination with business forecast.
- Keep close relation with marketing team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory
- Keep monitoring on production planning, material planning and machinery planning. Finding opportunities to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Follow up day to day production from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target.
- Follow-up industrial engineering functions and systems
- Follow-up shipment dispatch with finishing department.
- Keep monitoring on cost cutting and possible ways where production cost can be minimized and goes for it.
- Provide training to motivate employees and enrich their knowledge in certain areas.
- Ensuring smooth flow of information and material from one department to another. Resolving inter-departmental issues if there is any.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree with CA/CMA Qualified or degree in Operation Management/ Industrial and Production Engineering from reputed educational institute preferably IBA(DU), BUET, etc.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Having 08-12 years working experience.
- Should have strong negotiation, motivational and organizational skills.
- Excellent Leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to analyze and work independently.
- Excellent Communication skills both in English & Bangla
- Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
