Job Context
- Southeast Bank Limited, a leading Banking institution of the country is looking for some smart, energetic and self-motivated female candidates for recruitment as Front Desk Officer at the Bank`s Head Office and Branches.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcoming all clients, visitors and guests visiting the office in a professional manner.
- Receiving all incoming calls (overseas, local and internal), relay the calls to the concerned officials and connect the calls as desired by the officials.
- Receiving messages and conveying those to the concerned officials of the Bank.
- Maintaining records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the Front Desk area.

Educational Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized university having no 3rd Division/Class and GPA below 2.00 in the scale of 5.00 and CGPA below 2.25 in the scale of 4.00 in academic career.
Additional Requirements
- Only females are allowed to apply
- Age: Not over 30 years as on March 31, 2019.
- Candidates must have 2 years practical working experience as Front Desk Officer/Customer Service Officer in any reputed local/international/multinational organization.
- Excellent communication competency both in Bengali & English.

Salary
- The selected candidate shall be offered a monthly salary of Tk.23,000/- along with other admissible benefits.
