The Premier Bank Limited is one of the progressive and leading commercial Banks in the country. The Bank has initiated its transformation process with a new business model and strategy. In the process of the journey, the Bank is going to recruit the talents as

(1) Management Trainee Officer (MTO);

(2) Trainee Junior Officer (General); and

(3) Trainee Junior Officer (Cash).

1. Academic Qualifications for Management Trainee Officer (MTO):

i. Minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0/equivalent in both Graduation and Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University

ii. Minimum GPA 4.0 out of 5.0/equivalent in both Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). For ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level result should be ‘Al equivalent in all subjects

2. Academic Qualifications for Trainee Junior Officer (General):

i. Minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.0/equivalent in both Graduation and Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University

ii. Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 5.0/equivalent in both Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). For ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level result should be minimum ‘B’/ equivalent in all subjects

3. Academic Qualifications for Trainee Junior Officer (Cash):

i. Minimum CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0/equivalent in Graduation Degree from a recognized University

ii. Minimum GPA 2.5 out of 5.0/equivalent in both Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). For ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level result should be minimum ‘C/ equivalent in all subjects.

Additional requirements for all positions:

a) Age not over 30 (thirty) years as on 31/12/2019. In case of applicants who are children of Freedom Fighters, age is relaxed up to 32 years as on 31/12/2019.

b) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Bangla

c) IT Savvy, Strong command especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point

d) Willingness to serve anywhere in Bangladesh and any of Bank’s Branches/Offices

General advice to the applicants:

a) A candidate will be eligible for applying only one position

b) Candidates with incomplete qualification (e.g. appeared or pursuing internship) shall not be eligible for apply

c) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test

d) Guarantee to serve the bank for a minimum period of 03 (three) years

e) For all the positions probation period will be for 01 (one) year. After satisfactory completion of probation period MTO, TJO- General, TJO- Cash shall be confirmed as Senior Officer, Junior Officer (General), Junior Officer (Cash) respectively

f) Salary and allowances will be provided as per the approved pay scale of the bank

g) The Management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the applications without assigning any reason, whatsoever
