| Job Description | -Set objectives and strategies for the ICT Wing in line with Bank’s objectives and strategies.
-Select and implement suitable technology in streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
-Responsible for digitizing the entire banking operations as well as reduction in cost of operations.
-Play an important role in supporting the business departments and meeting their needs in a time bound manner.
-Identify security threats, formulate strategies and methods to mitigate the threats.
-Oversee all system design, development and changes in system architect.
-Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
-Develops policies and standards aimed at minimizing costs related to acquisition, implementation and operation of ICT systems.
-Ensures plans and policies are understood and administered by management.Competencies:-Sound knowledge in automation, technology architecture and data integration technologies.
-Sound knowledge of Vendor management, SDLC, Network, Security, DC Hosting, Client Services and Workplace Technologies.
-Sound understanding of business accounting, reporting and local regulatory requirements.
-Strong technology background with an understanding of emerging technology trends. |
