1st Step: Payment of application fee

Application fee has to be paid via SMS from Teletalk SIM. Go to the message option of the mobile and write the following rules. 150 TK will be taken for this.

1st SMS:

Example: CAD WEB DHA 123456 2020

Write and send to 16222. You will be given a PIN number in the return message.

2nd SMS:

Xi Class Admission Online Process: How To online Application HSC Admission 2020 with Video

This step requires a smartphone or computer that uses your internet. At first Open Google Chrome or Firefox Internet Browser. Then go to this website xiclassadmission.gov.bd. Maximum 10 colleges can be applied.

আবেদন পদ্ধতি: নিম্নলিখিত নিয়মে আবেদন Submit করতে হবে।

১. টেলিটক/বিকাশ/শিওরক্যাশ/নগদ/সােনালী ব্যাংকা/রকেট এর আবেদন ফি ১৫০/- (একশত পঞ্চাশ টাকা) জমা দেয়ার পর আবেদনকারীকে নির্ধারিত website-এ (www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd) যেয়ে “Apply Online Button-এ ক্লিক করতে হবে। এরপর প্রদর্শিত তথ্য ছকে এসএসসি/সমমান পরীক্ষার রোল নম্বর, বাের্ড, পাসের সন ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর সঠিকভাবে এন্ট্রি দিতে হবে।

আবেদনকারীর দেয়া তথ্য সঠিক হলে তিনি তার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ও এসএসসি/সমমান পরীক্ষায় প্রাপ্ত GPA দেখতে পাবেন।

২. এরপর শিক্ষার্থীর Contact Number (ফি প্রদানের সময় শিক্ষার্থী প্রদত্ত নিজের অভিভাবকের মােবাইল নম্বর) এবং প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে কোটা দিতে হবে।

৩. অতঃপর তাকে ভর্তিচ্ছু শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান, গ্রুপ, শিফট এবং ভার্সন Select করতে হবে। এভাবে শিক্ষার্থী সর্বোচ্চ ১০টি ও সর্বনিম্ন ৫টিন কলেজ/মাদরাসা Select করতে পারবে। এই ফরমে আবেদনকারী তার সকল আবেদনের পছন্দক্রমও নির্ধারণ করতে পারবেন।

৪. এরপর আবেদনকারী Preview Application Button-এ ক্লিক করলে তার আবেদনকৃত কলেজসমূরে তথ্য ও পছন্দম দেখতে পারবেন।

৫. Preview-এ দেখানাে তথ্যসমূহ সঠিক থাকলে আবেদনকারী “Submit Button-এ ক্লিক করবেন।

৬. আবেদনটি সফলভাবে Submit করা হলে আবেদনকারী তার প্রদত্ত Contact Number-এর মােবাইলে একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ SMS পাবেন এবং যাতে একটি সিকিউরিটি কোড (Security Code) থাকবে। এই Security Code টি গােপনীয়তা ও সতর্কতার সাথে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে, যা পরবর্তীতে আবেদন সংশােধন ও ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত কাজে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

৭. আবেদনকারী চাইলে তাঁর আবেদনসমূহের তথ্যাদিসহ উক্ত ফরমটি Download করে প্রিন্ট (Print) নিতে পারবেন।

উপরের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী এসএসসি/সমমান পরীক্ষার রােল নম্বর, বাের্ড, পাসের সন ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর সঠিকভাবে এন্ট্রি দেয়ার পরও শিক্ষার্থীর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ও এসএসসি পরীক্ষার GPA দেখতে না পেলে, তাঁকে আবেদন ফি ১৫০/- (একশত পঞ্চাশ টাকা) জমা দেয়ার Transaction ID টি এন্ট্রি দিতে হবে এবং ফি প্রদানের জন্য তিনি যেই অপারেটর (টেলিটক/বিকাশ/শিওরক্যাশ/নগদ/সােনালী ব্যাংক/রকেটে ) ব্যবহার করেছে তাকে Select করতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে ৩০ মিনিট পর ইন্টারনেটে আবেদন করার জন্য পূর্বে উল্লেখিত পদ্ধতিতে অনুসরণ করতে হবে।

কোটাঃ মুক্তিযােদ্ধার সন্তান/সন্তানের সন্তানদের জন্য কোটায় (FQ) ভর্তি হতে ইচ্ছুক শিক্ষার্থী তথ্য-ছকে নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে FQ কোটা Select করবেন। কোটায় আবেদনের ক্ষেত্রে যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের ইসকৃত মূল সনদ পত্র থাকতে হবে এবং পরবর্তীতে কলেজ/মাদ্রাসা কর্তৃক যাচাইকরণ হবে বিধায় কোটার অপশন (Option) দেয়ার ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে।

পরিবর্তনঃ একজন আবেদনকারী সর্বোচ্চ ৫(পাঁচ) বার ইন্টারনেটে ঢুকে কলেজের পছন্দক্রম এবং কলেজ পরিবর্তন করতে পারবে।

• The final admission form has to be collected from the office of the respective college and filled and submitted properly. However, some colleges are making arrangements to fill up the admission forms online on their own websites.
• Original marksheet / academic transcript of SSC side and 2 photocopies.
• SSC side original testimonial / testimonial and 2 copies photocopy.
• Original Admission Card / Admit Card of SSC side and 2 photocopies.
• Original registration card next to SSC and 2 photocopies.
• Student’s passport size photo 5-10 copies and stamp size photo 2-5 copies.
