Mercantile Bank Limited, a leading private commercial Bank in Bangladesh with a vision to be a finest corporate citizen, intends to recruit dynamic, energetic, result oriented and self motivated, qualified, experienced “Field Force Personnel (FFP)” under MYCashMobile Financial Services of the Bank with a view to bring mass people into financial inclusion, under the following criteria:
Position Offered: Territory Manager (TM) and Territory Officer (TO).
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Nature of Job: Contractual.
1.Job Responsibilities for Territory Manager (TM):
• Achieve targets in terms of market acquisition (Customers/Agents/Distributors/deposit/transaction).
• Monitor and control daily business activities conducted through MyCash distribution channel.
• Conduct channel partner acquisition and fund management activities within the assigned area.
• Conduct promotional and door to door (D2D) campaign for new customer acquisition.
• Generate new business relationship and ensure timely services to the client. • Drive business growth initiatives by maintaining effective ecosystem.
• Define daily route plan for TO and supervise the trade marketing and cash management activities.
• Ensure proper Point of Sale Materials (POSM) execution and management at agent points.
• Maintain proper business relationship with agents/distributors/corporate clients.
• Conduct training for agents/distributors.
Requirements for Territory Manager (TM):
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline (no 3rd division/class is allowed).
• Ready to work in the field level anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Age not exceeding 35 years as on September 30, 2019.
• Minimum 03 (three) years experience in relevant field.
• Experience with Telecom, FMCG, MFI, Pharmaceuticals and any Mobile Banking Distribution will be given priority.
2. Job Responsibilities for Territory Officer (TO):
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales target individually.
• Visit assigned number of agents daily as per the route plan.
• Ensure proper POSM execution and management at agent points.
• Conduct promotional and door to door (D2D) campaign in different field levels.
• Maintain proper business relationship with agents/distributors.
• Ensure MyCash service at agent point.
• Ensure proper Point of Sale Materials (POSM) execution and management at agent points.
• Manage daily business activities of distributor.
• Monitor and control daily fund management to agent point.
• Conducting training with agents/distributors. Requirements for Territory Officer (TO):
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline (no 3rd division/class is allowed).
• Ready to work in the field level anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Age not exceeding 30 years as on September 30, 2019.
• Minimum 01 (one) year experience in relevant field.
• Experience with Telecom, FMCG, MFI, Pharmaceuticals and any Mobile Banking Distribution will be given priority. Our Offer:
• The selected candidates will be paid remuneration on monthly performance basis BDT 25,500 for TM and BDT 20,500 for TO.
