| Age: | Age should not exceed 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on September 19, 2019. |
| Salary: | The selected Probationary Officers will be on Probation for 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.45,000.00. They will be absorbed in the grade of ‘Senior Officer’ of the Bank after successful completion of the probation period. |

Job Responsibilities
- Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service.
- Provide good customer service while ensuring the banks interest is protected.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research.
- Maintain existing and develop new pong-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the timely receipt of financial statements, loan payments and all documentary requirements of the Bank.
